Kindling
Kegel routines and intimacy how-tos for men, two to four minutes a card

You want the nights with her to start with a look, and you want to feel sure of yourself when they do.

Kindling is a library of short, practical cards for men who want desire back at the centre of the relationship. Kegel holds in the postures they're done in: lying down, seated, standing, bridge and deep squat. Hip openers, slow breathing and quiet core work. And a shelf on positions for intimacy, explained by comfort and pace. Each card takes a few minutes. Kindling hooks it onto a moment already in your day.

The lead story this week

One longer card sits at the top of the hub for seven days. This one is about standing holds.

A hold you can do while the kettle boils

Stand at the counter, feet hip-width apart, knees soft, hands resting on the edge. Breathe in through the nose for a count of four.

On the exhale, draw up gently, the way you would to stop the flow midway, and hold for three counts. Let go completely for six. Ten rounds fit inside one kettle.

The card shows the setup in three short drawings, lists the two most common slips (holding the breath, tightening the glutes instead) and ends with a seated version for the office.

Hooked onto moments you already have

Kindling doesn't ask for a workout slot. You switch on an anchor, a coffee, a kettle, brushing your teeth, and the card for it waits there. Two minutes at a time, the cards stack into a routine.

Start with one anchor. Add a second when the first one feels automatic. Kindling never moves a card without asking.

After dark, together

The part men rarely say out loud: wanting her, and wanting to feel wanted back, sure of yourself when the lights go down. This shelf names positions for intimacy by how they feel: how comfortable, how close, how slow. The rest belongs to the two of you.

Spooned, unrushedBoth on your sides, your arm around her. Easy on backs and knees, the pace set by breathing together.
Face to face, pillows underCushions for support so nobody strains. Faces close, a lot of eye contact, no hurry.
Kneeling, held closeUpright on a soft surface, holding each other. Slow, close, and easy to pause and talk.

Questions before you start

How long does a card take?

Most cards run two to four minutes, and the lead story about five. Each card shows its minutes on the cover, so you know before you open it.

Can my partner use it with me?

The after-dark shelf and the talking cards are written for two people to open together. Everything else is a solo routine you do on your own, at your anchors.

What if Kindling turns out not to be for me?

Ask within 45 days of the charge and the whole payment goes back to your card. One email to support is enough, with no questionnaire to fill in and no reason required.
